In 2022, it approached Blossom with the goal of developing a communication strategy that effectively integrates marketing, communications, and the company's global network. The objectives were varied: to increase brand awareness, improve market positioning, enhance online presence, and optimize coordination among its many international branches and the headquarters, all while ensuring a cohesive and strong identity on a global scale.

We started with an in-depth audit phase to thoroughly understand the different departments, analyze business scenarios, identify specific needs, and explore potential opportunities.
This process included intense dialogue and detailed research involving key stakeholders from various departments, such as Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Product, and R&D.
This analysis was crucial for getting to know Prometeon from the inside, shaping and aligning the brand, and ensuring consistent, distinctive, and coherent communication aligned with the company's objectives.

At the end of the audits, we developed the annual and multi-country communication strategy. We initiated a comprehensive consulting project, starting from the brand identity and its strategic architecture to the creation of verbal and visual content for each designated communication channel. To coordinate all branches, we established brand guidelines, templates, and directives for the use and management of local social media profiles and online media activation. This allowed us to be present and support every local activation during events, launches, and plenary sessions, both in terms of organizational consulting and communication coverage.

To ensure a distinctive presence that reflected the brand in every market and enhanced Prometeon's communicative impact in all the countries it operates in, Blossom developed an entire annual strategy that includes a detailed communication plan and a media plan, all strictly aligned with the brand's new visual and verbal identity. Prometeon's collaborations include the World SuperBike Tour, Pata Prometeon Yamaha team, the Italian Football Federation (FIGC) and the Italian national team, Parma Calcio, ItaltTrans Racing, the Turkish national football team, the Egyptian club Al Ahly, Javier Garrido in padel, and the VR46 Academy with the MotorRanch.
